The dish is patterned after Jerry's favorite steak salad combo! Hand trimmed and grilled to order, our steak is then sliced and placed on a bed or romaine lettuce, and topped with crumbled blue cheese, diced Roma tomatoes and chopped red onions. And here's his favorite part .... it comes with BOTH our vinegar and oil dressing AND blue cheese dressing on the side. These two flavors combined together with the warm steak is quite possibly how Jerry would describe Heaven.
