First, a little legal talk. Only restaurant chains of 20 or more locations are required by law to provide calorie counts etc.. They are able to hire companies to analyze their menu items for nutritional info and can pass that cost onto all their locations.
Since we are a baby chain of two stores, the government recognizes that hiring such a company is not financially possible for small businesses and we simply do not have that information.
We have however carefully collected information on potential allergens in each menu item because we know how important food allergies can be.
